Dylan Suitor
CEO
Dylan has stormed the Canadian real estate landscape. His knack for real estate led to rapid growth among his numerous business ventures. One his many businesses stands in an elite class of the top 1% of real estate companies in Canada.
Dylan has well over $100m worth of assets, and it ready to assist our clients on growing their own portfolios. His true passion is growing generational wealth, so whether your a first-time or seasoned investor, Dylan and the team is here to assist you, guide you, and teach you on growing your portfolio.
Michelle Troy
COO
Michelle has a wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate and investment industries. Her experience isn't only within real estate, before moving to Canada from Ireland 10 years ago, she worked as a financial planner specializing in bespoke investments.
Through various roles and positions she has (thankfully) ended up in real estate and loves to bring her financial planning experience into maximizing opportunities for the team and clients!
Chris Troy
Portfolio Manager
Chris comes to us with over 10 years experience in the automotive industry. Having started off as a lot attendant for Jaguar Land Rover, he eventually took a role as a sales representative at Audi Hamilton. After achieving top sales rep in his second year, he was eventually offered the position of pre-owned sales manager. Once in that role he was able to grow the department and exceed targets consistently year over year, while maintaining one of the highest levels of customer satisfaction in the country.
Chris has always been interested in real estate and has had the itch to invest for the last few years. After realizing he wasn't going to be able to dedicate enough time to real estate with his schedule, he decided to make the move and learn the ropes through employment. Taking on the portfolio management role has allowed Chris to learn many different aspects of the real estate investing process. He invested in his first building within 6 months of working in the industry!
Denny Ward
Project Manager
Denny Ward is an Architectural Technologist, graduated from Sheridan College in 2014. He is passionate about real estate investing and has a very diverse background in residential and commercial construction and design. Denny is an active project manager working for D&D Project Management, and over the last 5 years has completed more than 600 commercial apartment and condo rental renovations for clients alike.
In addition to these client owned projects, Denny has completed 6 single family, and multi family, building flips of his own, with the most notable being the recent completion of a 16 unit multi family building in Downtown Hamilton, which is now fully occupied and stabilized. Denny is actively investing in regular personal development training and education. He is focused on building a powerful real estate network, a diverse multi family real estate portfolio, and is fully committed to bringing strong value, insight and a driving force to all of his ventures.
Grant Flavelle
Asset Manager
Having started working within the real estate industry at a young age Grant comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Being passionate about investing in and building wealth through Real Estate, Grant continually seeks opportunities to learn more.
Grant possesses a Bachelor of Commerce in Real Estate Management and has since filled the role of Real Estate Investor, Property Manager, and Real Estate Broker. As a result of his diverse background Grant is able to provide a unique perspective to the task at hand.
